Dewan Technologies / Enterprise IT
Enterprise
IT, engineered.
DTech Global is the trading name of Dewan Technologies. We deliver enterprise IT from Pakistan to clients worldwide. Our work covers the networks, servers, cloud platforms and software your staff depend on. We design them, build them and keep them running.

What we do
Every layer.
One team.
We work on individual systems or a whole office setup. Start with the part that is holding up work. That might mean replacing a congested network or moving a workload to AWS. Connecting payroll to attendance brings a different set of checks; an entire office brings all these decisions together. We check how the change affects surrounding systems. Access control and backups need owners, and the people maintaining the installation need to understand what changed.

One partner.
Every layer.
A system may involve several vendors. We check how their parts connect and record who is responsible when a fault crosses those boundaries.
Cabling supports the network; the network carries cloud traffic and calls. A fault in one layer can appear somewhere else. A slow application may be waiting on storage, DNS or a firewall rule. We trace the fault before recommending a purchase. Then we document the boundaries so your team knows who owns each part and where to take the next issue.

Built in Pakistan
We engineer from Pakistan and plan delivery around your site. Your working hours matter, especially when a change affects live systems.
Our engineering team works from Pakistan. We handle remote design and monitoring for businesses worldwide, using shared records of decisions and responsibilities so teams in different locations can follow the same plan.
On-site work in Pakistan covers the physical tasks that cannot happen over a screen: surveying cable routes, installing racks and checking coverage. For projects abroad, we supervise local partners against an agreed design and acceptance checklist.
We work in English and Urdu. For teams in the GCC, UK and US, we plan overlapping hours for reviews, change windows and handovers. Before work starts, we agree who has access and who receives an escalation. Maintenance arrangements belong in that discussion too.
How we
work
We agree what the job includes before building. At handover, your team gets the records it needs to operate what we installed.
- 01
Assess
We map your users, sites, workloads and the faults that interrupt work. Existing diagrams, equipment inventories and access arrangements help us separate a capacity problem from a configuration problem.
- 02
Design
The assessment becomes a design you can review, with dependencies and checks that define when the work is ready to accept. You can see what will be reused, what needs replacing and how each choice affects maintenance and future expansion.
- 03
Build
Installation follows the agreed design. We configure and test within change windows planned around business operations. Migration steps include backups, rollback decisions and checks that users can complete their actual work.
- 04
Run
We hand over diagrams, configuration records and the information your team needs to operate the system. Where ongoing support is agreed, we define monitoring, maintenance and escalation responsibilities before the handover closes.
Who we build for
We work across these sectors. A classroom and a production floor may use similar switches, but they put different demands on the network.
Manufacturing and factories
Connect production floors, office systems and warehouse devices without mixing their access.
02Retail and malls
Plan connectivity for tills, stock systems, cameras and guest Wi-Fi.
03Healthcare and clinics
Keep clinical applications reachable while separating staff, patient and device networks.
04Education
Design campus coverage and access around classrooms, administration and shared devices.
05Banking and fintech
Control who can access financial systems, keep audit records and plan how business records will be recovered.
06Logistics and warehousing
Support scanners, dispatch applications and connectivity across storage areas.
07Real estate and hospitality
Separate tenant and guest services from the systems running the property.
08BPO and contact centers
Plan voice routing and recording around agent seats and the tools supervisors use during a shift.
FAQ
What should you know before we start?
01What does DTech Global do?
DTech Global, the trading name of Dewan Technologies, designs, builds and runs enterprise IT. Our services cover networks, AWS cloud, on-premise servers, software, mobile apps, HRMS, call centers, AI, CCTV, cybersecurity and managed IT. We check the connections between them before making changes. A firewall rule, for example, can affect an application that nobody thought was part of the job.
02Where are you based, and do you work outside Pakistan?
We deliver from Pakistan for clients in Pakistan and worldwide, including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, UK and US. Design and monitoring can be handled remotely. Physical work abroad uses supervised local partners, with responsibilities, access and acceptance checks agreed for the project.
03Can you handle a full office or IT setup end to end?
Yes. We can scope the network, Wi-Fi, servers, cloud services, business applications and call floor as a connected setup. The proposal defines which parts we deliver, which depend on landlords or telecom providers, and what must be ready before installation and testing can begin.
04Do you work with our existing vendors and equipment?
Yes. We assess what you already have before recommending replacements and can coordinate with your existing vendors. We check equipment condition and support status, then look at licensing and compatibility before deciding what stays. We identify ownership boundaries so configuration changes and faults reach the right team.
05How do projects start, and what does a proposal include?
Projects start with a discussion of your current setup, the problem and the intended outcome. A proposal sets out scope, assumptions, dependencies, deliverables and acceptance checks. It also explains migration and handover needs, with commercial terms based on the agreed work.
06Do you offer ongoing support?
Yes. Managed IT services can cover monitoring, maintenance and operational support for an agreed set of systems. We define coverage, access permissions, escalation paths and the division of responsibilities with your internal team. Support arrangements depend on the environment and are confirmed in the scope.
07How do I get a quote?
Use the form below or email info@dtechglobal.org. Share the service you need, site locations, approximate users or devices, existing equipment and your target date. If you do not yet have a specification, explain what is failing or what you want to build. That gives us enough context to work out what the job includes before pricing it.
Ready to run better IT?
Start with what is failing or what you want to build. Tell us where the work will happen and what you run today.
info@dtechglobal.orgInclude your sites and approximate user count, along with existing equipment and any deadline. If the scope is still taking shape, describe the problem first. You do not need a finished specification. We can work through the technical questions with you.
